These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and DirectDealWala ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the directdealwala.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

When you submit a listing to DirectDealWala, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property.
• Only list properties that you own or have the legal right to sell/rent.
• Not list properties that are subject to litigation or legal disputes.
• Remove listings once the property is sold or rented.

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Site.

While basic listings are currently free for individual owners, DirectDealWala may offer premium services or featured listings for a fee. All fees are clearly stated at the point of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

DirectDealWala acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not verify the legal title of properties or the credentials of users. You agree that DirectDealWala shall not be liable for any disputes, transactions, or damages arising from your interactions with other users or your use of the platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. DirectDealWala and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
