By creating an account, posting listings, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Direct Dealwala.

To use Direct Dealwala, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

When posting property listings or other items, you must:

• Accuracy: Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your listing
• Ownership: Have the legal right to list and sell the property/item
• Photos: Use only authentic photographs of the actual property/item
• Pricing: Set fair and reasonable prices
• Description: Provide honest descriptions without misleading information
• Updates: Keep your listings current and remove sold items promptly
• Compliance: Ensure your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or fake listings
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Engaging in any form of discrimination
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate our platform
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collecting user information without consent
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in illegal activities or money laundering
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Important: Direct Dealwala is a platform that connects buyers and sellers directly. We:

• Do NOT participate in negotiations between users
• Do NOT handle payments or transactions
• Are NOT responsible for the outcome of deals
• Do NOT guarantee the accuracy of listings
• Do NOT verify ownership or authenticity of all listings
• Are NOT liable for disputes between buyers and sellers

You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence, verifying information, and protecting yourself in all transactions. We strongly recommend meeting in person, inspecting properties/items, and using secure payment methods.

While basic listing services are free, we may offer premium features such as:

• Featured listings and priority placement
• Enhanced visibility and promotion
• Verified badges and premium support
• Additional photos and detailed analytics

Payment for premium services is non-refundable unless required by law. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All content on Direct Dealwala, including logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Direct Dealwala or licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Dealwala shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from user-to-user transactions or disputes
• Inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading listing information
• Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches
• Third-party content or actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiations fail
3. Binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration laws
4. Jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India, as a last resort

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or our platform
• Extended inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your listings will be removed, but we may retain certain information as required by law.
